베트남 헌법 개정에 도움을 준다는 덴마크, 새삼 놀랍고 신기하다. 참고로 베트남은 아프가니스탄(5.1billion) 이라크(2.6billion) 다음으로 세번째로 ODA를 많이 받는 국가이다. ($2.1billion)
